COVERAGE AT MARKET PRICE:
In the event that the Motor Vehicle Insurance Price is lower than the market price as regulated in the Standard Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy Article 17, partial loss compensation will apply proportionally and total loss compensation will apply to a maximum of the Coverage Price stated in the Policy. The proportional calculation is calculated before the applicable risk according to the Policy provisions.

COVERAGE ABOVE MARKET PRICE:
In the event that the Motor Vehicle Insurance Price is higher than the market price, the maximum total loss compensation value is the market price and the Insurer has no obligation to return the premium for the difference between the Insurance Price and the market price.
