This Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") constitutes Your agreement and is an integral part of the terms of service outlined in all applications owned by us, allowing Your Personal Data to be processed and utilized by PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk and/or its affiliates (collectively referred to as "LGI"). Hereafter, the term "we" or "us" in this Policy refers to "LGI".
By giving your consent to process the personal data, you declare your approval to include the Personal Data of dependents and/or participants, either individually or collectively. Furthermore, you also guarantee that you have obtained the necessary consent from the dependents and/or participants, either individually or collectively, for the use of their Personal Data by LGI
The term "You" or "Your" in this Policy refers to all our stakeholders, including customers, business partners, vendors, and other related parties.
The term "Personal Data" in this Policy refers to data related to an individual that is identifiable either on its own or in combination with other information, whether directly or indirectly, through electronic or non-electronic systems.
We are committed to protect Your Personal Data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, along with its implementing regulations and any amendments from time to time, as well as other relevant laws and regulations on Personal Data Protection ("Data Protection Regulations"). We request that You carefully read this Policy, as it contains important information regarding the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of Personal Data that we hold or control.

(vii) when You communicate with us via phone, mobile text, email, video conference, or CCTV recordings, including non-electronic or analog data.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. For the avoidance of doubt, all applicable data protection regulations will apply to the processing of Your Personal Data.

MyPro+ is a portal for purchasing health and general insurance owned by PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk. Insurance, according to Law No. 40 of 2014, is an agreement between two parties, the insurance company and the policyholder, which forms the basis for premiums by the insurance company in return for : Policyholder refers to the party who enters into an agreement with the insurance company to obtain protection or risk management for themselves, the insured, or other participants. Insured refers to the party who faces the risk as stipulated in the insurance agreement. Insurance Policy refers to the contract or agreement document that serves as proof of the transfer of risk from the insured to the insurer. Premium refers to a sum of money determined by the insurance company and agreed upon by the policyholder to be paid based on the insurance agreement or by law, in order to obtain insurance benefits. Insurance Claimrefers to an official request made by the insured to the insurance company with the aim of obtaining compensation for losses resulting from unexpected events covered by the policy. OTP (One-Time Password)is a verification code in the form of numbers that is valid only within a certain time limit and is sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. IP Address (Internet Protocol Address)is a numerical label representing each device when connected to the internet or other network infrastructure.

Blocking/Restricting Transactions
PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk reserves the right to block a User's account, limit policy purchase transactions, and refuse insurance purchases if there are indications/motives suggesting criminal activity, data discrepancies, requests from authorities, or company's internal considerations.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and icons use in MyPro+ are the property of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk. Any misuse or unauthorized use of these without permission from PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk is against the law. PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk cannot guarantee or ensure the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the information and materials on this site.
Force Majeure
PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk is not responsible for losses beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, riots, telecommunications disruptions, power outages, changes in legislation, and other events beyond the control and capability of PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk. By accessing the MyPro+ mobile application and/or website, users release PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk from any claims related to these matters.
Dispute Resolution
MyPro+ mobile application and website operates under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia. All disputes that occur will be resolved based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and through the South Jakarta District Court.
