Saldo Prima feature provides reimbursement for the cost of purchasing Vitamins/Medicines without the need for inpatient or outpatient treatment.
Participation Requirements
New members: 0 - 60 years
Extended age for renewal up to 65 years
Waiting Period
15 days from the date the member is registered as an Insured, except when caused by an Accident and/or Force Majeure, and does not apply for Saldo Prima.
Claim Procedure
Health insurance customers can submit cashless claims or reimbursements via the eBenefit Health application which is available on iOS and Android. You can also see the claim status and information regarding claim documents via the eBenefit Health application.
