You can request a change to your policy by emailing cs@mypro.co.id. Please note that change requests, such as corrections to the policyholder’s name or other adjustments, will be reviewed and processed by LGI in accordance with the applicable policy terms. If the requested change is approved, you will receive a policy endorsement. If the change is denied, LGI will notify you via email.
