You can request a change to your policy by emailing cs@mypro.co.id. Please note that change requests, such as corrections to the policyholder’s name or other adjustments, will be reviewed and processed by LGI in accordance with the applicable policy terms. If the requested change is approved, you will receive a policy endorsement. If the change is denied, LGI will notify you via email.
MyTravel Protection International does not cover countries that are having a war or conflict within its territory. For Asia Specialist plan, the country is limited for some countries specified in the brochure.
There is no age limit for buildings under Perlindungan Rumah MyHome.
Your insurance policy becomes active based on the selected start date during purchase and after premium payment is confirmed. For travel policies, coverage begins on the start date chosen and after the insured begins their trip (after leaving home).
Policy start date applies at least D+1 from the transaction date.
