You will receive your ePolicy and eCard within a maximum of 1 x 24 hours after the policy purchase transaction is completed. You can also access the ePolicy and eCard through the MyInsurance menu on the MyPro+ website and application.

Yes, any condition caused by pre-existing or congenital conditions is excluded. MyTravel Protection International also does not cover costs related to prosthetics, rehabilitation, pregnancy, fertility, hormonal treatments, ongoing medical care from up to 24 months before the trip, non-medical expenses, or routine check-ups.
Your health policy coverage will start D+1 after the transaction has been successfully paid.
