When will I receive my policy and insurance card?

You will receive your ePolicy and eCard within a maximum of 1 x 24 hours after the policy purchase transaction is completed. You can also access the ePolicy and eCard through the MyInsurance menu on the MyPro+ website and application.

*eCard only available for health insurance members
