Can I cancel my insurance policy?

Policy cancellation and premium refund procedure will refer to each individual policy. Customers can apply for policy cancellation through the MyPro+ website or app for certain insurance products, or by contacting MyPro+ Customer Service. If the cancellation request is approved, you will receive a policy endorsement and a premium refund if applicable.
