Yes, purchasing a new MyCar Protection policy requires a vehicle survey. For Jabodetabek and Medan area, MyPro+ has a team of surveyors available to assist you at the location. Outside these areas, or if preferred, the survey is done independently by the prospective clients. You will receive a survey link after all required information for purchase is submitted through MyPro+.
