Is there any waiting period for Perlindungan Kesehatan Prima?

Yes, there will be waiting period in the first year of membership, no insurance benefits will be paid in the following conditions:

  • 15 days from the effective date of the policy for treatment due to illness (except for accidents and Saldo Prima).
  • 270 days from the effective date of the policy specifically for pre-existing conditions and certain critical illnesses.
