What’s the age limit to become member of HealthPlus Family?

Age limit to become the member of HealthPlus Family are as follows:

  1. For Individual Plan
    • The adult member's age from 17 to 60 years old and can be renewed until 65 years old.
    • The child member's age from 0 days to under 17 years old.
  2. For Family Plan
    • The adult member's age ranges from 17 to 55 years old.
    • The child member's age ranges from 0 days to under 17 years old.
