Mengikuti imbauan dari Menteri Agama Fachrul Razi dalam Surat Edaran (SE) Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 tentang Panduan Ibadah Ramadan dan Idul Fitri 1 Syawal 1441 Hijriah, terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Khususnya mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah untuk mengurangi penyebaran COVID-19. Masyarakat juga diminta untuk beribadah dari rumah, termasuk ketika shalat tawarih.
Berikut ini, MyProtection juga punya beberapa tips untuk mempersiapkan puasa di tengah pandemi virus corona.
Untuk mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah, Anda bisa membeli bahan makanan untuk 1 – 2 minggu ke depan. Tak perlu memborong seluruh makanan atau panic buying, tetapi belilah produk yang diperlukan dan secukupnya. Anda juga bisa membuat daftar menu buka puasa untuk menghindari membeli produk yang tak dibutuhkan. Jangan lupa menggunakan masker dan cairan antiseptik ketika bepergian ke tempat umum seperti swalayan dan pasar.
Jaga kebersihan peralatan ibadah Anda baik yang lama ataupun baru dengan mencucinya atau menyemprotkan cairan disinfektan. Bagi peralatan berbahan kain, maka Anda bisa mencucinya dengan deterjen dan air lalu menjemurnya di bawah sinar matahari. Bagi peralatan lain selain kain atau serat, dapat disemprotkan dengan cairan disinfektan.
Karena aktivitas di luar rumah dibatasi, maka Anda bisa membuat takjil dan menu sahur di rumah. Selain mengurangi resiko tertular virus, makanan pun bisa terjamin kebersihannya. Walaupun sebagian besar orang tidak bisa melakukan ngabuburit tahun ini, tapi Anda tetap bisa merasakan kebersamaan dengan memasak takjil bersama keluarga atau anak. Anda bisa menemukan berbagai kreasi resep makanan di internet.
Jika Anda harus memesan makanan menggunakan jasa pengantaran, Anda tetap harus selalu waspada. Hindari kontak langsung dengan kurir. Jika Anda memang harus berkontak langsung dengan kurir, maka tetap jaga jarak aman minimal 1 meter. Bersihkan bungkus makanan dengan cairan disinfektan dan tuang isi makanan ke atas piring. Walaupun penularan virus lewat makanan memang tergolong kecil, taka da salahnya berjaga-jaga, bukan?
Ketika berpuasa, khususnya hari pertama, Anda sangat disarankan untuk tidak melewatkan sahur. Sehingga Anda tetap bertenaga ketika menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari. Jangan lupa untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidrasi dan asupan gizi ketika berbuka puasa.
Ketika puasa, maka Anda tidak bisa mengonsumsi air putih atau makanan lainnya secara normal.
